Teaches business owners and management the benefits and implementation of a customer/client centric management strategy. Centricity is about people and relationship building and the design should suggest that. Consulting is about peeling back layers and looking at things from a different perspective. I’d love to see something that has an iconic symbol suggesting either the people interaction or the reveal of layers.
