obtain the highest price for sellers, Chris always goes above and beyond to assure her clients’ success.
One of the keys to producing successful outcomes for her clients is understanding. First comes
understanding their wants and needs. She accomplishes this by asking questions that require
comprehensive answers – then actively listening to the answers. She makes sure her clients understand
both the process and the paperwork by explaining what to expect, answering every question, and
carefully going over the paperwork with them so they always know what they are signing.
The confidence this inspires brings her repeat clients, referrals, and rave reviews. It comes as no surprise
that she won the title of Louisiana Agent of the Year from RatemyAgent.com.
In addition to real estate expertise, Chris brings her clients knowledge of St. Tammany, New Orleans,
Jefferson, and Tangiphoa Parishes stemming from 28 years of residency and more than 26 years as a
REALTOR® in the area. She also brings construction knowledge absorbed through time spent selling new
construction, together with years of visiting construction sites and studying architect’s drawings with
her builder Dad.
To assist sellers preparing their homes for market and buyers who wish to make changes after their
purchase, Chris maintains a huge list of trusted vendors. The list includes plumbers, landscapers, roofers,
roof cleaners, stucco specialists, pool pros, floor refinishers, and many more.
Technology does play a significant role in serving clients, especially since COVID-19 arrived. Chris sets up
instant notifications to keep clients informed of new listings and changes in the market, and she uses
Zoom meetings extensively. In fact, she’s sold several homes sight unseen by using Zoom for video
showings, inspections, consultations, and closings.
While her first priority is serving her clients, Chris also lends her expertise to fellow REALTORS®. A broker
since 2008, she serves as a consulting broker in her office, and has served on the Agent Leadership
Council for 4 years. She teaches real estate contracts, negotiations, processes, etc. to other agents.
On a personal level, Chris is an alum and an ardent supporter of You Night Sisterhood. This is a
professionally organized and operated group that builds up and supports women who feel down and
broken from a battle with cancer.
For fun, Chris dances. She has been hooked on Argentine Tango since attending her first class a dozen
years ago. Now, she is one of the teachers, leading a class on Monday nights. She also enjoys spending
down time at home with family – a place she says would not feel complete without at least one canine
companion in residence.
