The Bend is a trailside pub with a small interior space and extensive deck and lawn seating. The interior space will be kept very local and casual and the outdoor space will have multiple vignettes with covered tables, porch style swings, fire pits etc. In the evenings we will light the area with string lights a la a traditional biergarten, We will have music at all times. Ambient speaker driven or live on our outdoor stage. The trail we sit beside is used by mountain bikers, walkers, runners, hikers, families etc. and is very well traveled. Our standard food will be light and small portioned daily but on weekends we will feature shrimp boils, brisket roasts, crawfish boils etc.

We are a golf cart rental service located in a major beach town. The carts are used by vacationers to travel while here on vacation. Using carts makes driving, parking, loading/unloading easy AND helps you avoid getting a whole helluva lot of sand in your car. We are positioned as a premium offering as we only allow new carts to be rented and we even provide delivery and pick up as an option. At the end of the day the brand should feel fun, premium and inviting.

Burg is a German food concession inside of a brewery. Food will be sausages, kraut, warm german potatoes, red cabbage, spatzle, sauerbraten etc. staff will wear German style clothes. Traditional and playful would be the ideas.

We are an upscale ice cream shop specializing in custom mixes with gourmet toppings, cereal based flavor profiles (think lucky charms and marshmallow cream in vanilla). our decor is mid century modern and accented with neon tinted reliefs of pop culture icons. The music will be dance/techno/80s punk etc. The name "trash" is menage to be ironic. We most def have a bent towards styles from the 80s that have a futuristic feel but are not married to them,
