We help good companies get a higher volume of reviews for their business in platforms like Google Business Profile, Facebook recommendations, Yelp, Trip Advisor etc. We don't work with companies that have a 3-star rating or less. They need business consultancy, not review generation services. We use client lists to help businesses ask for reviews from customers that have expressed positive feedback at any point. We don't ask for reviews from customers who don't like the business, obviously. We use a proven process to increase the rate at which customers of a business leave feedback online for a business. We ask for reviews by email AND text. We only work with good businesses who don't have good reviews. This is possible because people are generally inclined to leave negative reviews without being asked, but rarely leave positive reviews unless they're asked. Most businesses don't ask for reviews because they don't have an internal process for it. Our proven process assists businesses who have between a 3-4 star rating, or under 10 reviews, to authentically get more reviews without having to train staff internally on the process. If they were going to get more reviews, they would have done it by now :)
