Presidio Palms is a midcentury modern apartment community located in downtown Tucson, AZ. The target demographic will span from college students to new coming retirees that are looking for a trendy, modern, centrally located place to live. The community is being painted white with light blue, yellow, and grey accents (see attachment).

The Bexley is a high end, luxury apartment community in Scottsdale, Arizona. The apartment's interior/exterior design is modern and classy (rendering attached) and will primarily house residents in the 30-60 age range. The logo should have dark grey or black lettering; it will be placed on a light colored monument sign.

Caya is a high-end, boutique apartment community located in uptown Phoenix, AZ. The target demographic is young professionals in their late 20s - late 30s that are looking for a quiet, classy, centrally located place to live. The community is being painted white with royal blue and grey accents.
