We are real estate brokers - high end lake property sales. We live in a tourist area with natural blue water lakes. We cater to the higher price point BUT we also sell homes in town as well so we don't want to turn off other buyers and sellers from using our team.

Hello, Okoboji Vacation Company is vacation property management company that has a large portfolio of rental properties. We live in a beautiful tourist area with one of only three in the world glacier fed bluewater lakes. We have a chain of three separate lakes called Lake Okoboji. We rent out homes, cabins, and condos on the lake via VRBO/AirBNB. We appeal to the higher end traveler as our nightly rates are between $500-1200/night. We have a current logo we use that we've used for about 8 years but our business has grown and we now have merchandise we sell to our renters/travelers like clothing, drinkware, and etc. Our current logo seems very basic for the amount of marketing and merchandise we sell. We are looking for something lake-based, touristy, and fun...while definitely keeping branding in mind...something you would think was cool enough to wear on a shirt. Thank you!!!!
