Future fit is a four-step program for youth and employers that is designed and delivered to students by employers in partnership with the Local Impact Alliance and Canton Chamber of Commerce. Future Fit assists youth by designing the steps to expose, integrate and ignite the passion for real-world experiences. Students will participate onsite with the employers, serving as a mutually beneficial student-employer relationship. Thus, the student will gain meaningful exposure and valuable experience before their graduation year. We prepare students who are not well-suited for a traditional college/university situation, and place them in internship programs so they get hands-on experience in a trade that doesn't require a college degree but, instead, highlights the student's best traits and passion. Our target audience is two-fold: 1. High school sophomores, juniors and seniors. 2. Local business owners in are areas of Business, Skill-Trades/Automotive, Healthcare and Hospitality.

Nonprofit giving circle provides grant making initiatives that address the needs of women and families in western Wayne County. Giving circle creates an endowment for the future and builds a community of women philanthropists. Target audience is women ages 25 and older.

Our purpose is to illuminate career pathways and opportunities for students and those looking for new careers. This will also help to fill the talent gap employers in our region are experiencing.

We are an umbrella organization for local nonprofits to leverage our services and expertise to assist small, volunteer-run agencies in meeting their charitable objective.

We are a program of our local community foundation that matches volunteers (neighbors) with those suffering with chronic loneliness and social isolation (friends).
