The Three Pillars of the Arkansas Sports Commission are Community, Energy, and Growth. Specifically, the Arkansas Sports Commission, Inc. intends to lead in the developing and offering of Northwest Arkansas Recreation, Sports, Leisure, Athletics and Community Improvement programs with a heightened focus on diversity, equity, inclusion, and lower income households. The Arkansas Sports Commission intends to develop and offer various programs designed to increase life successes, enhance personal skills, and provide educational opportunities through sports, mentoring, tutoring, and community service programs. The organization plans to offer additional programs in the future. The Arkansas Sports Commission will not only develop and offer various new programs but will have a strong presence throughout Northwest Arkansas by: • Raising and distributing funds to support programs at multiple existing nonprofit and charitable organizations. • Donating time to support programs at multiple existing nonprofit and charitable organizations.
