Aquarius 50

Aquarius Festival 1973 was the seminal counter culture festival in Australia . 50 year anniversary. The Alternative movement sprang from this event to an alive and thriving hippie and communal culture. Especially in Nimbin where the original festival was held and where the 2023 one will be held. The plan is to have the following: Bring together the current best minds of our generation to address current challenges and devise innovative solutions Record highlights of the program, and disseminate these on the internet to the wider alternative community, as well as enabling people to participate in their own unique locations Promote both the live and electronic program to the national and international community
