Only got 70 entries, and not a lot of great ones.

But I didn't see any feedback on anyone's submissions from the Contest Holder (CH) so it's hard to say if he is thrilled with the submissions or not.

well look at it. almost no feedback and he's only ranked through 12th. no respectable designer here would touch it. and that is what i like to call an Open Contest. where the CH tells you what he wants in it and the entire contest is basically a copyfarm and its almost pure luck if you win! Just look at my GrupoCrea contest.

I didn't look much farther than the first page of entries on your contest, so I am guessing you did a lot of text-only entries?

Copyfest like you said, but still not a bad pay day considering what the final product was (although again I don't know the time that went into it, to get it to that final winning design).
