summers here....where is everyone going????:-)

I already had my first summer trip....a family planned camping trip(me & my 2 kids, sis=hubby,sis+hubby+3kids+friend, lil bro, and parents(stayed in hotel, nearby).....for me, first time camping as an adult(went all the time as kid, europe,US with parents).......

VERY, very interesting....bugs galore, whitewaterrafting, 2 Frankloyd wright house within 5 miles!!!
my dad set up a surprise fishing lesson(I have never fished, afraid of fish, hurting;))......add to this, me alone, 2 kids...rained, BUGS, a bear.....OMgosh!!!!

(P.S. hubby didn't go, restaurant, keeps him too busy BUT 4rth july, he closes, and gets to go SOLO to surf, San Diego 3 days....unfair:()

No travel for me unfortunately, but at the very least, I got to take a week off work, which with the July 4th holiday means ten straight days of no work (at least, not at my full time job). Alas, day three has just ended, and it's going by way too fast. On the other hand, that means I still have seven days to do whatever I want!

My little one's summer starts tomorrow - I'm looking forward to it! I miss spending time just goofing off with her.

Woohooo...can't wait for the summer vacation to begin...Immediate plans are 1. A week on Sunny Beach and a week in Bansko for the Jazz fest /both in Bulgaria/ and in September...Barcelona, here I come :)))))

P.S. I hope I don't meet bears in neither of the three locations ;))))

I'm at summer camp with my daughter this week. We are also discussing going to Cedar Point - amusement park later on this summer. :)

I just went camping at ginnie springs in central florida. Its fun! tubing, beer and camping = fun!
