Contest ended....winner was selected...failed to upload files...what's the next step? refund...new contest...?

Contest ended lass than 72 hours ago. I have responded via PM.

I was out of town due to a family emergency...and did not have CH file on my laptop, out of town...I am back in my studio today (File is on my studio computer) And will upload file within a matter of minutes. Thanks for your patience.
