It seems that i am not allowed to do this within my contest...anyone?

you could email me the file and I'll post to my website as a download link for the duration of the contest that would be easiest and fasted

the download link will be posted on your contest main page

another excellent way and you can post up to 100megs for free is to www.yousendit.com. send the file to yourself. It holds it in on their web space for 7 days you will then get a web link to fetch the parcel you can post this web link on the Logo Tournament competition.

have you tried compressing the file in a .zip file?
