Can anyone share with the logotournament rules or etiquette with a CH suggesting to one designer to include in their design the concept used from another designer...in the instance where the CH is digging one design and would like that designer to include in their design another designers concept !!!s this frowned upon...

If it is frowned upon, how then would I as the CH get the design I would like in the event I would like to include that particular concept?
