Yes something like avatar contest for Tyler, of course with high prize. Maybe with $2000 prize the highest prize ever on LT (don't worry TYler 15% will turn back for you again ) :D

That’s actually how I found the interview, I was sitting at my desk, when the thought occurred “I wonder what Tyler looks like so I googled and this is what I found instead” Come On Tyler run a new avatar just for a few days.
