I have contacted the page admin, started a forum and he just ignores me for more than 2 weeks.
What should I do?

do nothing. it's not your logo. you sold it. it's the problem of the actual owner.

$130 for a picture that you can't get copyright for? what a garbage website, it's incredible. The logos sold on that site have no value and cannot be protected in any way. This is very unpleasant for you as the original author, but this is really the problem of the current owner.

This contest is not private. It already appears in Google everywhere in searches and everyone can see it.

I agree. But I mean ethically... should I let the owner of the logo know?

Yes - maybe it is the owner that is reselling it! unlikely but dont make assumptions.

wow never thought of that...

I did email the company to let them know about this as this is bad for both our companies and the clients that use them.

Hopefully it isn't the client reselling it, probably not though.
