This question makes sense. Though this is contest indeed - it can be dead and gone in a minute and you will stay with nice boat wrap.

Logos often look like large posters :)
If it is a boat then it is necessary to include the image of the boat in the logo, it is very helpful.

But seriously, there is just a logo combined with the background, no big deal.
Look at what a large part of the logo looks like, details, complicated images, it's already happening.
