Is it an FLT case in your opinion? Should I protect my background gradient color that I use it in the blind phase?

The another designer begin to use it in the FINALISTS phase to rotate it 180 degree, but not the BLIND. The beige color pencil tip too.

Also he added to his logo a hand drawing map to the background wich was mine original idea, never seen it in BLIND in his logos.

Yes, as far as I know, the background should be uniform.

i'm just curious as to why his (#Bomba) logos begin to resemble to my logos since the finalists have started.
What I used in BLIND:
-yellow-red-purple background
-light pink pencil tip with black peak
-part of a hand draw map in the bottom of the logo
-rounded "&" font
-similar gold for the fonts
He used these logo elements only in FINALISTS phase when saw mine logos.

The client gave this link in the Feedback (in Blind) - did he give it to you? Seems like thise hits off many of your points.

The client asked for warmer colors. This would include warmer yellow gold.
