I have used Payoneer to transfer my funds from PayPal for the last 5 years but now I am facing a dispute because the ATM didn't gave me the money and they are simply taking until 90 days to solve it. This is so discouraging.

If you have mobile payment in your country, i am sure payoneer might have a link to it. Check with payoneer
