Make all contests hidden so only the contest holder can see the designs until the contest has ended so there is absolutely no way of taking no other designers idea.

This is been looked into. I beleve its in another post some where here.

this has been discussed endlessly since the begging of LT.
it has been decided that blind contests would severely limit the creative process and produce less effective results for the clients
