Do you know if the website and emails of a certain “Pixelbuddah” are legit?

They sell digital art supplies package designs, website backgrounds, that sort of thing. I must have invited them to send me frequent emails which concentrate on “this week's specials.” However, I did not notice until just recently that “Pixelbuddah” is based in Russia! (I found it in the fine print at the bottom of one of their email).

yes its legit .. even Forbes has a small write up about it
but make sure its not an imitation site
