I know exactly what this is about 10-20 designers who are working collectively to win contests...collectively they will win but the payout to each designer in the collective is low maybe 20 bucks...but if they have 10-20 designers collectively designing in one contest the odds are greatly increased that the team will win...

...so the guy who has pulled a team together will rake in 20 - 30 % of the prize for doing nothing the winning designer will probably get 40% of the balance the rest is dived equally in the team

so if th team enters100 contests at 300 dollars average the team wins 30 contests

30x300 = 9000.00
Team leader gets 2700.00 (30%)
Winner = 2520.00 (40% of the balance
Team gets 3780.00 divide each designer gets 210.00

multiply that by i year of contests This sucks for stand alone designers.

Not necessarily going to clean up just because they are working in a team, 1 Stand Alone Logo designers bright idea could defeat a team of 20's hazy ones . . .
