The shape of the M letter is pretty much the same, and it was submitted after the blind phase !
Is it worth it to launch an LC case ?!

maybe ask the designer first ...possibly he/she didn't see it... sometimes happens.
but i guess for an LC it's pretty close...

No, visualdesigns submitted the same basic idea during the blind phase in entry #218, which was an evolution of an idea already submitted at #183.

i highly doubt that!
His concept was an evolution of #385 which was submitted right after the submissions were made public since the CH extended the first phase !

I'm not 100% sure about my position that's why i'm taking your advice guys before launching any LC since i don't want to be unfair to him !

Look again - it's the same image flipped and colour-reversed.

ETA - I just saw that zhafran already pointed this out.
