Anyone answers to client's issues officialy?

Hello,

we would like to know if, and whether, the administration team or anyone who acts as an official representative of the Logotournament.com cares to answer to a support issue of ours, that started last night. Since then, we have contacted twice, once using the contact form and once directly by sending email to support at logotournament dot com. No response. (we have marked them us urgent).

We are approximately 7 hours behind Greece. We did not get to this issue in our email stream until early afternoon EST. Sorry for the inconvenience.
