What happens when a contest is complete and the designer has failed to download the files? It's been a week I have been waiting for them and I cannot get any answer from the logo team... (Pets Oasis, winner Surgana)

I did but because I have got several contests they get mixed up and they never answer for this one... The days go by and no responses. What will happen then?

In this kind of situation, designers are requested to please be more active in letting the client know. If you designs are active and possible going to be chosen you should help the client know you will not be available. No communication equals confusion.
