I just won a contest for the first time, so I don't have any experience on this. I won the contest which the payment is US350 but my client only paid US297.50. What really happens here? Is it a fees for any other purposes?

the fees are there, as it allows for LT advertising, maintenance and access by all to enter the contest on LT.
