Is it possible to post the contest on Monday, I did not realize the short time period they have to get the logo going. I think posting on the weekend is a bad move, can I be put off a few days? I would like for it to start during normal business hours if possible.

They will be answer ASAP (reaching them on weekend can be difficult) Then they can do necessary changes. But i suggest to let your contest open and if you at the end of the open era cant find ones you really like, then you can ask extension. There are contest holders who can ind what they like from like 20 designs and they are very happy, and there are ones who can get hundreds and still don´t like or say they want more. Quality over quantity :)
