Do you mean like you have multiple people in different places whos opinions about the logos you want to hear? In that case i think you can share the link (if your contest is not private contest) with those people whenever you want. So you can get their opinions and then you can address them to designers or make your ranking based on that.
I see your contest is open so just send the link https://logotournament.com/contests/bay_haven_inn to those who opinions you need :) they see all the logos, but they cant comment them or rank them. but they can give their opinion to you.
