Designer did not upload files

What do I do if the designer has not uploaded the files? It says:-

EXPIRED: Designer did not upload files.

I see he has been online like 2h ago. Maybe something went wrong and he has no idea. So I suggest to let him know that you didnt get any files.

Probably there was an issue during the upload of the files. Ask the designer to upload them again. If the problem persists contact LT support ( https://logotournament.com/help/contactus ).

I'm having the same issue right now, he's not responding to my messages, and most of the other designers have withdrawn their designs: https://logotournament.com/contests/kitchen_panel

I think the winning design still had a problem with unusual background issue and maybe winning designer can't upload the final files as normally before he/she changes the background, you can contact support to resolve that issue.
