My contest ended and I picked a winner. I received an email that the final logos were uploaded but when I go to view them, it has a note next to My Contests, that reads the contest is under administrator review.

Hi throwthirteen. Admin will have answers for you. You can email them directly by going to "Help" and clicking the "Contact Us" link to the left of that page. I'm sure you'll receive a much speedier reply that way :)
