I just finished my contest and received the files for approval. I opened the EPS file in photoshop and it's very small. As I made it larger it become really blotchy and grainy. I wanted to make sure I'm using the correct tool or is it that the designer just sent me a very small picture?

Never mind, I opened it by telling the program what size I wanted the eps to be and worked great.
