Hi, I am wondering if someone can give me some advice - designers are submitting designs but I am unable to view them unless I scroll over the reference number in the designers message boxes. So I can't rank them or view them properly! Does anyone know why this is happening? And also, is there a way to get rid of the 'withdrawn' empty boxes?

Some designers are probationary and you can't see them until admim approved them.
