I keep exporting the final in .EPS and get the message " NOT AN IMAGE" - when I saved it as a .PNG - it was accepted!
But I thought it said "ONLY .EPS".....WHAT SHOULD i SUBMIT MY FINAL AS?

that isnt your final.
while the contest is in progress you only upload a jpeg or png so that the client can see but not use the image (jpeg and png cant be scaled and this prevents the CH from simply print screening his contest page to get the logos) so they are a sample or a preview.
EPS files are the final working vector format that you supply to the CH if you are to win the contest (along with an enlarged jpeg, its all in the messages you get when you win)

Geesh! Doesn't anybody read anymore? Guidelines for submission format are right on the "submit an entry" page. Just a hint, but the text is there for a reason!
