Pardon? Did you mean a CH did not log in to his/her account since 5 days ago? If so, well it happens... just be patient - perhaps try to send a personal message to the Client and wait for a reply, if he/she does not reply for 7 days after the competition ends let the site administrators know and they will probably handle it.
