What is a good way to get more designers to send in entries? I have given feedback and ranked daily. I am still only got 10 logos from only two different designers.

Some of designers have decided to send entries on the last day, and some in the first and also bunch in the middle of the contest.
browse designers portfolio, invite them personally (avoid spam invitation),
develop the designs with your feedback and make sure you protect each designer concept.
