You can ask the designer who has done your logo if he does websites too. Or, you can open a topic here to see who would be interested.

Yes, there are a number of talented designers available to do web page designs outside of the contest format. You can initiate contact via personal profiles or post a contact method here so that designers who are interested can follow through.
