The font is called Nexa, please see here - https://www.fontsquirrel.com/fonts/nexa - it shows the rights usage and it all seems ok. I see what you mean about the lighter line, i will fix now and upload again shortly :)

I'm not sure if it would work okay, a slight concern is the top line might be too light, maybe a slightly darker shade for the top line?

Looking from afar the top line might appear to blend in with the background.

Sure, i can make the lines to the one shown, i will upload shortly. I personally would go with the e or the i and not with both, i think you got it right there :)

I also like the stylized 'I', esp. that it has some link to the old logo. But kind of think both together is a little too much.

You seem like a very good designer. I'll take your advice here, what do you suggest?

While I like the use of the symbolism here to represent blockchain, it however is a tad bit overused and rather cliché. Would like to see you attempt another form of icon. I like the direction of your designs.

This is interesting. I would like to see you try to make a stronger reference to the old logo, esp. the curves.
