I like the Z but would like the image to look a little less curvy. Also can you make the green more lime or almost a fluro lime colour??

I like where you are heading with the person.
I do prefer the font/style of the first entry you did - can you work the person into that?
Also keep the person a little more simplistic - I think one arm/leg is enough, and a slightly smaller head :)
