#57: +Colors are nice +Diamond is nice as well +Looks good on White and black Background
-our Name is Ziemer (not Zeimer)
Suggestion: -please put Ziemer Swiss on one line (as in entry #55) -remove the word "AG" in the lower line. Just write Diamond and maybe Stretch the word Diamond a bit (more speace between each letter) -please send us white and dark blue Background Versions -make it as much as possible *D looking or shading.
#54, #60: "Buttons" not suitaböe in our opinion. :
#103: Good: +proportions between the diamond and the wording is excellent. Its all in harmony shape wise and color wise. +diamond is shadede but only in a light way - very beautiful! +the diamond and the entire logo look in harmony - the diamond doesnt squeze the text. +colors of diamond logo is very nice in grey tones. The slightly feminine red for the words "Ziemner Swiss" is well chosen too. To improve: -the spaces between the letters are slightly too wide...one can not easily differentiate the words Ziemer and Swiss. Just slightly work on it please. Suggestion: -can you try to give the diamond a more 3D shape (maybe from a very slight different angle)? -can you show the logo on very dark blue (instead of black), or maybe you have another background color idea (it will be for our internet site).
#105: also very nice. All above applies for this too. Kindly change as mentioned for above as well to have a comparison.
#103: and more more suggestion: can you make the diamond slightly "lighter" (just a very little bit only)...one person in our offcie said - if thinking negative- one could say it has a touch of a gladiator helmet. Thank you.
Sorry for the delay in sending new designs. #241 - a version of #103 with the letter spacing decreased. #242 - letter spacing decreased further. #243 - same as #241 but with the shapes making up the diamond slightly finer. #244 - Ziemer Swiss in dark blue and the diamond in shades of grey/blue. #245 - same colours as #244 with a dark grey/blue background. #246 & #247 - trying different colours with the same dark grey/blur and a light purple. #248 - same as #241 but on a dark blue background.
#249, #250 & #251 - versions of #105 with the reduced letter spacing. #252 & #253 - Ziemer in light blue and shades of light blue added to the diamond. #254 & #255 - versions with the diamond at a different angle.
Let me know if you would like other colours. I think the red lettering (red linking with the Swiss flag) looks good on a white background but I'm not so sure on a dark blue background. I think if you wanted to keep the red it would look better against a very dark blue almost black background as red and blue fight each other too much.
Thank you. Yes, the red is fine. But the diamond logo is not diamond enough yet. One could see 2 birds on each side flying off to the left and right.
Suggestion: Can you make all elements in the diamond same color? And maybe you find a way to make it very arty as it is now, but slightly more diamond like? Thank you.
Please make those changes (same colors in the diamond, overall slightly more diamond alike) as soon aspossible. If it is not clear, let me know. Thank you.
#299: I know that I mentioned to make the space wider between the words "Ziemer" and "Swiss", but now it looks not centerized. Can you please move it closer very slightly so that there is a easy to recognize space but at the same time the diamond will look somehow centerized. Thank you.
#317 - with a smaller word space than in #299. #318 - on a very dark blue background. This looks very dark on my screen after uploading and #321 looks closer to what I intended, but it may depend on how your screen handles colour. If you have access to a Pantone Colour Reference book we could select a blue from that. #319 & #20 - Ziemer Swiss in blue, and #323 with Ziemer Swiss in a tint of the blue.
Please only add the word "ART" on the right side of the word "DIAMOND" siunce our official company name is "Ziemer Swiss Diamond Art" we decided this morning to include this word in our logo.
#331 & #332 - with 'ART' added. You are right that you will receive a transparent logo - an Illustrator eps will have a transparent background and so can be placed on any colour background. You would also get a png. file which also has a transparent background. With a JPEG file the background would not be transparent.
