+nice idea to put the Diamond on the side.
+mirroring is nice too.
Suggestion:
-please make all writing in a more clear and simpler font (Arial, Calibri, or similar).
-make the words Ziemer and Swiss same hight
-make the Diamond a bit lighter (the diamond is a little bit too bulky).
-please Show us the logo also on White Background with dark Grey writing or maybe 1 Color...
