Here is another concept.
The bar graph created out of simple stylized people.
It represents a growth in revenue/ growing customer base as a direct result of referrals.

we would like to see other colors (perhaps getting back a little bit to #10 or take inspiration from #94).

Hello, can you please add ".com" to #110 also the tagline "extend your reach" or something to that effect? Thank you, very creative

I added an underscore to the design.
I made the underscore concave for a couple reasons.
I wanted to hint at an increase. The underscore also leads the eye across the name and into the icon.
It also acts as a container or a palm of a hand holding the brand name. You might even say it's a smile
