I like all of the variations. The white background is more flexible for web and print, so entry #7 and #9 are best. Though if I sometimes used a blue background I can see #10 and #8 being good.

Thank you for the updates. #22 is a unique design but in this case doesn't tie to the company name as well.

#38 is good and might benefit from a second colour to lift the interest in the graphic.

Good new innovation on the text in #146 curving the text around a sphere. Though on its own its not enough to make a unique logo.
