I like the circle look the Name and Tag line. But what I would like to see is a consistent pattern with the colors. I had a previous logo with a glare but it did not work well on our vehicles or shirts. Keep the colors throughout. Can you do some different things with the "Z" to make it look distinctive? Make "Fresh Urban Eats" stand out better. Use the band on the interior of the circle to be...maybe gold. The gold stands out well, but the fresh urban eats does not stand out well. This overall feels less urban and more modern.
