can you leave the black outline of the O in CON but make the hair pink? can the face be moved a little to the left so the hat can be more centered on the O?

maybe the hat can be on top of the O and a face outline in the O?

can you not make it a black face but more of an outline?
can the face be inside the letter O as it is a little hard to read the word Con. it is Con not Cons. change u to red and a to blue. can the bottom of the Z be taller to better see the tag line. top of Z is fine. consider USA in a Stars and Stripes style?

is there a way to add a silhouette of a woman in a construction hat? The CON stands for construction. please incorporate tag line. maybe in the tail of the Z?
