the word PROPERTY should be over NY.. black color, same font, and on top of each other.

Sorry, I can not send a similar design to other designers. Entry #25 by Liftaser27 has been removed from the contest because it is similar to my design entry #11. He uses the concept of a line between the ZAR and the word PROPERTY NY. If I place the NY below word PROPERTY will look similar to entry #25 by Liftaser27.
