I like the design and simplicity of both of these logos.

I prefer the contrast between the "marketing" and "Zanthia" in #2 vs. #3.

But, I do like the "Zanthia" being in a single color (#3) as opposed to a faded look coloring (#2).

I would like to see a font with harder edges for the Zanthia.

I think #14 & #11 design looks good, it is much different that the other designs that have been submitted.

I would like to see if it looks good doing a single color for the "Zanthia" as opposed to a fade color scheme.
