Really like #42. I think it looks better with fewer colors.
I'm a bit stuck on the circle - can be interpreted as 'going round in circles' and not moving forward.
Could you extend the arrow to 'leave; the circle and point beyond? I want to convey reaching higher and higher success. The rest of circle is ok - suggesting review of ideas/plans and formulating new goals towards success.
