This looks really great! I really like the eye and the colors. The styling is crisp and engaging, and I love the play button in the eye.

Could we make the eye more femine, with eyelashes, maybe like it's twinkling or winking?

Any other empowered woman/getting younger icons to try? Perhaps a healthy, vibrant woman holding a clock like a ball, having control of time...
