I do like the 2 new entries.
Can you also look to do something that shows a path or journey, that's why I had the Tree of Life in brief as it showed a path/branch of growth, moving forward to the future, etc.

Have you slogan which i can add in the logo?

I don't have a slogan as yet Uta, but you could use Empowerment Coach
