I like the look of this one, but would like to make 2 suggestions:

1) I think there needs to be some kind of ground for the roots and fuel dispenser to be anchored in.

2) I'd like to see simpler roots. Not as many.

Also, the 'R' in the recycling arrows is part of the slogan "FUELING R EVOLUTION", which is a play on the word "revolution"

Maybe you could change the placement around, kind of like this:
